  Are you trying to upload the mp3 files to your site or are you linking them from somewhere else?

  In order to upload mp3’s to your WPcom site, you have to have a Space upgrade, which is included in either the Premium or Business bundle. See here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/audio/

  If you are trying to embed an audio file from somewhere else, please let us know the file URL.
