My sites are no longer active, I need to cancel any subscriptions I may have

    My sites are no longer active, I need to cancel any subscriptions I may have and close my account. When trying to close, The dashboard does not allow for that, there’s not an obvious cancellation path or clear way to do so. How can I do that? I deleted any payment methods to be sure I won’t be charged again.

    I do not see any upgrades under your WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/

    Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login? What is the URL of the site associated with the upgrade you are needing help with? Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.
