my sites have disappeared

  dear Happiness Engineer,
  today 20th October 2020 I have upgraded to WordPress.com Premium for my site
  Testlab which is part of Soul Safari.

  Since the successful and paid upgrade I get this message from WordPress;

  You don’t have any WordPress sites yet. Both my sites are now BLOCKED! Why?

  Can anyone explain how I can access my sites again?

  Howdy,

  The issue is that the WordPress.com user account you are posting from is not the owner or admin of https://soulsafari.wordpress.com/. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the site. You’ll need to log into THAT user account in order to make any changes.
