My sites not working properly in app and website

  I’m unable to get any sites to pop up on the WordPress app or site. It just loads with no results.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  If nothing is loading in My Sites in a browser, it points to either a browser or a connection issue. Try clearing your browser cache, and unplug your modem/router for a few seconds to reset it. If that doesn’t make any difference, see if using another browser, or if possible, another internet connection makes any difference.

  Solve Common Browser Issues

  By “app”, are you speaking of the mobile or the desktop app, which version number, and for which operating system?

  If the desktop app on the same computer as your browser, it supports the theory that this is a connection issue. Also try logging out and back in to see if that help.

  If the mobile app, see if restarting your mobile device and/or reinstalling the app makes any difference.
