  What is the URL of your site as it is unlikely it’s a wordpress.com website?

  crezvatic – The account that you’ve contacted us from does not have any registered sites on it.

  I believe you’re set up on the open source WordPress.org software – which is the other version of WordPress. Help with that comes from https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
