MY SSL did not renew and having problems

Hi, How can I reinstate the SSL certificate to my site? There is a problem logging to my site and saying the SSL certificate was not renewed. Can you please help with the issue?

Hey there @balsaathletica, the site you’ve linked here has an active SSL certificate. We take care of that automatically for our customers. Can you clarify which site you need help with?
Also, these forums are for the sites hosted and managed here at WordPress.com, vs. sites using WordPress code with another host. If you’re not sure about your site, send a link, and we can point you in the right direction.
If it is definitely hosted somewhere else, we’d recommend contacting your hosting support first, then searching and posting in the forums for the free WordPress software if you need more help: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

Yes, site support for free sites on WordPress.com that do not have an upgrade (such as balsaathletica.wordpress.com) is handled here in our public community forums. As mentioned above, we do provide help (including private support with the appropriate upgrade) for any site housed directly on WordPress.com.
For example, if you are having an issue with balsaathletica.wordpress.com we can help with that. If you have a WordPress site with another provider however, we are not able to help.
You had mentioned an issue with SSL and I want to also add that this is something that is typically handled by your host, and not WordPress-specific. If you are having issues with your certificate I would recommend contacting your host first, and see if they are able to help.
