My stite is not working.

  For most of 2020, I have not been able to access my site from a computer. I cannot see anything – even my profile picture looks like the standard grey empty one.
  I cannot write, read statistics, nothing – as if I just started my profile.

  On my mobile, I can see statistics and write – but I don’t want to write from my phone.
  Can this be fixed? My wordpress is linked to my Insta and Facebook page and I don’t want to start over.

  The only way I can access my site is by visiting it (then I can see it as a visitor would).

  What browser are you using? Does it happen if you try a different browser? Are you using any browser extensions? Can you try disabling them and seeing if that changes things?

  I use Firefix (I have used Firefox for more than 5 years, maybe since 2013). From what I can see, I’m only suing one extension from Facebook (to isolate traffic) but only since sometime in the fall and the problems with my websites have been happening for a much longer time).
  I’ve just deleted many service workers which I didn’t need.

  But I may need to ask a friend for help – this is rather technical for me.

  I’ve just tried with Chrome – and it works there! But I would really like to be able to use Firefox as well. Do you have any ideas?

  First, please make sure that Firefox is up to date: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/update-firefox-latest-release

  If it is not, please try updating it.

  If it is, please do these two things:

  1. Try clearing Firefox’s cache and cookies: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/clear-cookies-and-site-data-firefox

  2. Try with all Firefox add-ons temporarily disabled: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/disable-or-remove-add-ons

  Please let us know how each step goes for you, and which version of Firefox you’re using if you’re still having trouble.

  It works now. :) I hadn’t properly deleted all the cookies and cache before but now it is fine.
