My the images on my blog suddenly show as broken links.

  All the pictures from my site show as broken links. I also tried to add new pictures and they won’t show up. I can upload the photos in the media, and my older photos are still there. However when I try to create a gallery, the thumbnails won’t show in the ‘edit’ part. I’m using the adroid app, but I looked for my site on a browser and still all the images show as broken links.

  It’s weird… I don’t. In fact in all the posts I’ve look I can’t see any images. I tried on my tablet, on my phone, with WiFi connection and 4G, weather I look at it on the WordPress app or with a browser, I get the same result. Not sure what could be the problem.

  I see the images too using Chrome 39 and IE11. Make sure you are running a browser and version of it found here http://browsehappy.com

  Have you exhausted your free media storage space? Look on your Media Library page at the top to see if that’s the case or not.
  Dashboard > Media > Library

  Have you deleted images from your Media Library? If you delete an image file from your Media Library then you are removing it from WordPress.COM servers and it cannot be displayed when a browser calls for it. In order to have the images display you have to upload them again.

  Have you hot-linked to images hosted on an other site?

  When you do that without permission the owner of the image can stop it from displaying on your blog.

  Alternatively when you do have permission the image may not always be available for display so you may see an error message such as: “We cannot complete this request, remote data could not be fetched” or words to like effect.

  (a) Exactly what kind of device you are using to connect to the internet and to WordPress.com.

  (d) Provide the URLs for posts or pages that you are witnessing this issue in.

  Thank you for the help… I guess it had something to do with my location. I was in Vietnam and I couldn’t see, but now I am back in Canada and I can see them all…
