my title and tag have WP lingo stuck on the end. HOw do I get rid of that?

  please tell me how to remove from my title and tagline the phrase ‘another awesome wordpress site’ NO, your site doesn’t explain the steps.

  YES it does. You go to Settings->General and edit the tagline.
