How long does it take for a URL address to go live?
If it’s set up properly, it’s usually somewhere between a few minutes and a few hours, though I have seen it take longer in some situations. Usually that’ll be due to your internet connection, though, rather than anything with the site itself.
The site you listed though does not seem to be registered or hosted anywhere, including here. I don’t see any sites on this account, either. Are you just considering setting up a site?

I received confirmation of payment and confirmation that WordPress was installed. See below.
Confirmation: Softaculous sent confirmation that WordPress was installed.
A new installation of WordPress 5.8 has been completed. The details of the installation are shown below:

We’re limited in how we can help because we don’t actually host your site on WordPress.com. Your host (Hostgator) uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform which functions differently than what we offer on our managed WordPress service. Because of this we don’t have access to your server files or the ability to take a closer look.
The good news is that Hostgator does offer support on their end. Specifically I do not see that durandesign.co has been registered (it appears to still be available for purchase) so please contact your host and make sure that your purchase included the cost of the domain registration fee. They should be able to get you all hooked up!
