My user roles are not working

  Author, shop manager… etc but admin can’t access to WordPress dashboard.
  I deactivated all plugins, even try to access from another browser. but I can’t. it keeps redirecting me to the home page. I’ve heard that Woocommerce has restricted roles which can’t be changed without coding. any solution?

  On what site are you working? The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com.

  If you’re using the open source WordPress software at another host, please ask for help at https://wordpress.org/support/forums instead.
