  My web address under my account settings shows kevinblairortega.wordpress and my blog URL is Kevinblairco.wordpress. My desired web address and blog URL is kevinblairortega.wordpress, can you please help me with this?

  You can’t change your website address at Account Settings. https://kevinblairco.wordpress.com/ is the present address (URL) of the website. To change that as desired, follow the instructions at the Changing a Blog Address support page.
