  I have my web site called ‘the rift design.com’ but have no access and now you asking me to pay for transfer it, I don t want to pay more, y just want to get access to the site and work in it. can you help me about?

  Do you mean theriftdesign.com? Website URLs/domains cannot contain spaces.
