  what theme can i use for a video upload site. i want my customers to be able to upload videos from their computers to my site for viewing at a cost

  A theme only controls how your site looks, not how it works.

  To allow other people to upload videos to your site you’ll need to use plugins to add that functionality to your site, and for that you’ll need to be on our Business Plan.
