    good evening,

    i signed up for word press back in February. I was wondering if you can see how i can deactivate my account. I can’t recall how much was paid or any emails with that information. Can you help me with this? Is it something I can cancel at any time?

    Hi there,

    You are posting in the support forums for the hosting provider, WordPress.com. You have a free account with us which you created in February, but you don’t have any sites hosted with us, and you are not paying us for anything.

    You do have a stand-alone WordPress site connected here via the Jetpack plugin, https://demicapobianco.com/, but that site is hosted with Bluehost.com. So they’re the ones you’re paying for that site, and who you need to contact if you wish to take that site offline.

    You can close your free WordPress.com account at any time from the account settings screen, but doing that will cause the Jetpack plugin on your site to stop working.
