    Hello, I have an website (Karter Carrier Services.Com) that has been claimed to be suspended for what reason I’m not sure about. I need your assistance in understanding how I can recover my site

    The site I need help with is kartercarrierservice.wpcomstaging.com. It is not hosted by WordPress.com, but it is connected with Jetpack.

    Your WordPress.com account was not suspended, and neither was your site. Your subscriptions here have expired, and so the domain kartercarrierservice.com is not pointing to your WordPress.com site anymore.

    You’ll probably want to reach out to GoDaddy, where your nameservers are currently pointing.

    If you’d like your domain to work again with your WordPress.com site, you’ll want to upgrade to a paid plan and map the domain again.
