  Hi, my website is named http://www.mercyosaoni.com and I always access it on wordpress, tho hosted by a private hosting provider but now my account is saying it had been suspended and I should contact my host provider but it’s been days and I can’t reach the host provider. How do I get a back up of all my files please.

  You will need to talk to your webhost, I’m afraid. There is nothing that we at WordPress.com can do for a site that was not hosted on our servers.
