My website crashed after alllowing updates

I logged in to changed somthing on the website and saw that there were updates available. After I did this I can no longer login to wordpress using my login and a message stating ‘There has been a critical error on your website’ with a link to debugging when I try yo visit my website.

Hi, the site isn’t hosted here with us, so unfortunately we won’t have backups. Your host might, though, or if you’re using a backup service (like Jetpack Rewind) you can restore through that.
Otherwise:
– You should have an email. If you don’t, ask your host to see if the email is stuck on their server
– Ask your host to check error logs
– Do you remember what themes or plugin was updated? If so, this may help:
