I’m french and my english is not the best.
I had a website with this url : http://www.deplacerdesmontagnes.fr/ and I can’t access to this. I tried different way to access to my dashboard but it’s impossible, I’m not recognized anymore. My id was : deplacersxlro
My website doesn’t work anymore too.
Please help, I’m becoming crazy !

We can’t help directly because we don’t host deplacerdesmontagnes.fr on our WordPress.com managed hosting. As a result we don’t have the ability to take a closer look at your site.
Instead your host (OVH Cloud Hosting) uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com. Specifically we use a custom login system on WordPress.com (for enhanced security) so our tools for regaining access only work on WordPress.com and do not work for sites on other hosting providers.
The good news is that as long as you have access to the server control panel through OVH Cloud Hosting, it should be possible to get your site back online again. Please contact their support department and confirm that your hosting is in good standing with them and ask them to check on deplacerdesmontagnes.fr and see why it’s not working.
