My website does not show up on Google

  When I type in my domain name into Google it does not show up. When I use it to link to other sites it also says it is not available or registered. I paid for the domain name and I am not understanding why it won’t show up. I need this for my business to run smoothly. Please help.

  WordPress.com automatically sends notifications to Google with every post and page update. However, search engines can take 4 to 6 weeks (or more) to add any new sites.

  It will also take a couple of days from the time you created your blog for it to show up in WordPress.com search results. For more information please see this link:

  You can change your blog’s visibility to search engines by visiting Settings > Reading in your Dashboard, and looking under “Site Visibility”.
