Hi Maria,
I’m sorry to hear that! I just went to your site and I was able to see it:
At work- can you check if it’s just your site that’s not loading? Is it all of WordPress.com? I know that certain work places can block certain sites. Do you think that would be the case?
As for your parent’s home – that’s interesting. Do all other sites work at your parent’s home? Or is it just WordPress.com?
Try clearing out your cache and cookies using the guide below at work/parent’s house:
Also, please make sure you are using the latest version of your browser:
If that doesn’t work can you try using a different browser like Mozilla Firefox?
Finally would it be possible to get a screenshot of what happens when you go to your site from your work and parent’s house?
Thank you for your patience.

First, I apologize for my English …
The problem was with my website and with all wordpress.com (also, I could not enter to my website's administrator).
As for what happened at work, my website was not working all last week, but today finally the page works fine … I do not know what happened.
I will return to my parents' house next week, and I will check my website, and if it does not work, I'll contact you again, okay?Thak you very much!!

Hi Maria,
No apologies for the English needed! :) You should be able to log into your Dashboard from this address:
https://muycuco.wordpress.com/wp-admin/
Let me know what happens at your parents’ house! Hopefully it’ll be up and running. I know last week we had some server issues that may have been causing some hiccups, but that has been fixed as of now.
Cheers!

Were you trying to add an image attachment? I was not able to receive it. Can you upload it to your Media > Library page? I can take a look there.

thank you!!

Hi Maria!
I think I know what’s going on. It looks like there’s a little confusion between WordPress.org and WordPress.com. To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities. At WordPress.com, we provide hosting, support, and tons of features for blogs. Users also have the option to purchase a variety of upgrades to customize the look and feel of their blog. WordPress.org is a software for self-hosted sites. With WordPress.org, users are provided access to all backend files and can upload custom themes and plugins.
Check here to learn more about the difference between WordPress.com and WordPress.org:
It looks like you are pointing your site to us at WordPress.com, but you want to actually be self-hosted on WordPress.org? Or do you want to stick with us?
If you were meaning to move to self-hosted, please update your nameservers to your new host as they are currently set to ours:
- NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
- NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
- NS3.WORDPRESS.COM
You’ll need to obtain the name server values from your current host. You should be able to find them on their support documentation, or contact them and ask for the information. (Name servers may be referred as “nameservers” or “NS records” instead.)
I hope this helps – let me know if you have any more questions!
