My website has a reload redirect cicle error.

  I have maped a extern domain and now the website returns a reload cycle redirect error. What’s happenin?

  Hi there,

  Right now, your domain improve.pt is set up to forward visitors to the address improveyourbusinessgw.wordpress.com. However, when your domain is set as the primary domain, that forwards visitors from your free address improveyourbusinessgw.wordpress.com back to your domain improve.pt, which creates a loop.

  Instead, to map your domain, you will need to change your domain’s name servers to the following:

  • NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
  • NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
  • NS3.WORDPRESS.COM

  You can make that change with your domain registrar, where you registered the domain name. We also have a guide to Map an Existing Domain with more details.

  Once that is done, your domain will be pointed correctly to your WordPress.com site. Please let me know if you have any questions about that. :)
