My website has been deleted and I didn't ask for it…

  Hi,

  My website (https://voiliertaka.wordpress.com ou http://voilier-taka.org) has been deleted but I never asked for that… When I’m logging in and I click on “my site”, it is written that I don’t have any site for the moment. But I made mine in June 2016. And now, it’s like this site never existed.
  When I enter the URL (http://voilier-taka.org), it is written : ‘The address voilier-taka.wordpress.com cannot be registered. Site names can only contain lowercase letters (a-z) and numbers.’ However this URL has always been the address of our website and it has always worked fine…
  I didn’t get any e-mail saying to me that the site could be deleted or has been deleted or anything. So I wonder where is my site gone…
  Can anyone help me and tell me how and why the site has been deleted even if I didn’t ask for it ? And mostly, how can I do to recover my site and all the informations which were on it ?

  Hi there,

  The WordPress.com site, voiliertaka.wordpress.com, was deleted on 28 March by your account. To delete the site you had to click past three warning screens, and on the third screen you had to type in the address to confirm before the site could be deleted. It is not possible to delete a site by accident on WordPress.com.

  The domain, voilier-taka.org, was cancelled on the same day, also by your username.

  If you did not do this, then it was someone who had access to your computer or who knew your password. I suggest you change the passwords for both your WordPress.com account and your email account immediately if that’s the case.

  If you still want to use the domain, please confirm and I can try to get it back from our domain provider.

  Thanks for the quick answer !
  I think I have been hacked… I’m going to change the password of my site and of my mail…
  If it is possible to get the domain back it would be a good thing !
  Is it also possible to get back the content of my site ? Or is everything gone away and erased permanently ? Does wordpress.com have a back up of it anywhere ?

  And one more thing, is it possible to have the IP address of the person who deleted the website ? So I can know if it’s somebody from the ONG of the website or somebody external ?
