My website has vanished!!!

  This website was set up a couple of years back and was working fine – now it has vanished from the web. http://www.chrisknightplant.co.uk

  Basically the Domain name was supplied by 123, and the website built on the WordPress platform. The domain was then either transferred or mapped to WordPress.

  Now all I can find is the free WordPress site (ckplanthire.wordpress.com), and when I looked at ‘Domains’ it states I need to be ‘Premium’ to map a domain name to WordPress.

  Has something changed? Have I missed something? I need my website back, with the proper domain name. Help please!

  Hi there,

  chrisknightplant.co.uk was mapped to ckplanthire.wordpress.com, but the mapping subscription explored a year ago. That is why you are now seeing the message that you need Premium to remap the domain to WordPress.com. Please let me know if you want to repurchase mapping for the site – I can assist you in setting that up.

  I’ve tried to Upgrade, and it also wants me to ‘renew mapping’ ‘expires 5th March’ despite it clearly NOT mapping! So, I try to pay and it won’t let me
  “You are attempting to purchase new products with renewals. Please purchase them separately.”

  Thanks, I actually just upgraded to Premium (I hadn’t seen this email) so, as far as I understand, itincludes free domain mapping, so fingers crossed things will be restored shortly. Thanks
