My website host has changed my permissions

  ive asked my website host about 8 months ago to update site cause i coudlnt update any of my pages and they couldnt work out why for this whole time and ive only just spotted its because theyve removed my permisssions to store manager and im the site owner and should be the only administrator unless im having work done to the site
