My website is being hacked / tampered with.

In trying to save some changes to my website, I have just had a deeply disturbing message typed across my screen threatening ‘Danger, Self destruction and then 1,2 and 3 followed by a typed message saying The Matrix Has You and then Follow the White Rabbit. You are in Danger. Go Back. I find this intensely upsetting and worrying. Thankfully I have a colleague with me who watched and witnessed this on my screen but neither of us know what to do. I cannot find my website through search engines although it seems to still be present on WordPress.com. Please advise. Thank you.
