  I cannot login to wp-admin. I have access to my server though. How can I effectively move from self hosting to wordpress.com hosting?

  See instructions at https://wordpress.com/support/moving-from-self-hosted-wordpress-to-wordpress-com/. But you do need access to your wordpress, otherwise it won’t work.
