  I paid for premium and my website is down sgobbasfloorexperts.com

  The domain sgobbasfloorexperts.com expired on February 20. We sent several email warnings both before and shortly after it expired.

  The good news is, you can still renew it from https://wordpress.com/me/purchases but you will need to be logged in as the WordPress.com account which owns the domain, which is not the account you’re currently logged in to.
