My website is down after updating php. I cannot view my dashboard to load backup

  My website is http://www.lisaorr.com

  After installing updates and security improvements and updating to a more recent PHP, I can no longer access the dashboard in order to load my backup. How do I restore my website to how it previously was? Or how do I get it up and running.

  That PHP change needs to be handled through HostGator, since lisaorr.com is hosted there rather than on WordPress.com.
