My website is down with fatal error

Hello, I am a WordPress user who maintains the site builderdude35.com. My site just recently went down and the page displays this error message:
Fatal error: Call to undefined method RainbowHiliteCoreCore::maybe_build_assets() in /home1/ab7728/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-rainbow-hilite/include/RainbowHilite/Core/Core.php on line 105
This shows both when I browse to the URL and attempt to access the Admin panel, so I cannot fix the issue myself.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I checked your site and it appears you’re in the wrong forum. Although your site is connected to WordPress.com via Jetpack, it is using the open source WordPress.org software and you need to seek help at these forums:
