  We can’t help you as your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform but is hosted at Godaddy, https://www.whoishostingthis.com/#search=theconnectivityfirm.com, meaning it uses the open source wordpress.org. Support for those sites is at https://wordpress.org/support/

  I created the site on WP, I logged in and edited it and created it through WP.

  theconnectivityfirm.com/wp-admin

  that was how I managed it. You tell me you cant do anything at all?
