    I receive this message: Please check your Primary Site’s Jetpack connection. I have been inactive for a few years and want to update my website. I could access it several months ago, but it is gone now. Please help

    Can you send a link to the site? It sounds like it might not be hosted here, and you might need to look into restoring a backup. If you’ll send a link, though, we’ll have a clearer idea and can point you in the right direction.
