My website is hacked and have malware

  Sir my website is hacked…. When i use one of the scanners to scan my website it indicates that my site conatains malware and hacked…. Also my site outgoing links are now of a blacklisted website named lowerthansky….. Please give me a solution as my website is a paid website with custom domain.. So i had spent a lot of money to make it ……. Please tell a way to get my site back…… Pleade clean my website nad give it back
