my website is inactive

  Hi
  I upgraded my credit card information to renew my website hosting for solutionslifecoach.org but it is still showing as unactive.

  I just updated the credit card information today so can you please let me know when it will be activated or if I have to call to pay the yearly website hosting fee?

  Its imperative that my site be active so please let me know as soon as possible.

  Hi there,

  Your domain mapping upgrade was removed from your account on 24 December after that upgrade expired. Once an upgrade is removed it no longer exists and cannot be renewed.

  If you still want a domain mapping for that domain connected to your site, you need to purchase a new mapping upgrade instead. You can do that under My Site ->Domains ->Add.
