I am an experienced Human Resources professional with over 20 years experience and also majored in Psychology at Rutgers University .
I utilize a strategic approach in meeting personal and professional goals by assessing individual and professional strengths to meet both personal and career objectives. In order to do this, both myself and my team will utilize an individually specific and uniquely tailored plan for your goals to achieve a successful outcome. This approach utilizes a variety of disciplines that are reliant upon my background and knowledge to ensure solutions for success!
I have utilized these practices for over twenty years and have had success in my roles as an Administrator and Human Resources Manager along with my Psychology background.
Some accomplishments of particular note are being awarded the Manchester Who's Who in Upcoming Executives, Aramark's Best Practices Award and numerous certifications in my disciplines.
I combine my knowledge in business acumen with interpersonal savvy to achieve improved business/personal efficiency. Additionally, my accomplishments have been achieved by quality improvements and becoming a strategic partner by creating individual performance plans and measureable goals based on and individuals strengths both personally and professionally. Thereby enhancing corporate infrastructure efficiency as well as developing Career Path Programs and individual performance improvement plans.
After 25 years in Administration and 20 years as a Human Resources professional, I have a thorough understanding of diversity, individuality and team building.
