My website is no longer connected to my Bluehost portal

  I’ve been accessing my website through the Bluehost portal, or through WordPress but today I can’t access it at all? Both Bluehost and WordPress say I have no sites and when I access the domain name directly to log-in, my email address doesn’t work. HELP
