  my site is offline and all the data seems to be gone … any I idea how I can contact wordpress to help me with this pronlem. thankyou

  But based on the error on your site a plugin update did not install correctly. You’ll need to access your site via FTP at your hosting provider to delete that plugin’s folder and then reinstall the plugin.
