My website is not connected to stripe while I have orders…

Hi, I have an eshop – http://www.dorageorgiou.com and I am checking the orders and all the updates via the WordPress dashboard.
I can see that the transaction is under the status processing, but I have already communicated with the Stripe and they cant see anything. I just created an account there as I was not familiar that I was supposed to have an account due to the fact that I had to manage everything via the Woocommerce which now uses the wordpress platform.
In addition to that I could not log in to my wordpress account with my email address.
I have to deal with orders and cannot understand why the whole thing is so confusing… Can someone help please? -

I can help explain this aspect. To manage WooCommerce you need a WordPress.com account. This is going to be a different account/login than your personal login for your WordPress website. WordPress (the open-source software that you used to build your site) and WordPress.com are related, but separate entities. A bit more information on that aspect can be found here:
