My website is not connecting to wordpress

  I’ve had my wordpress site for over a year now. One of my plugins is due for renewal this month… every time I try to log in to update my payment information my profile says that I don’t have a site. Please assist.

  It sounds like the site is using the open source WordPress installation – not the managed hosting environment we provide at WordPress.com. Please share the site URL so we can confirm and get you pointed in the right direction for some help.
