My website is not displayed and shows under construction which it is not

I renewed my website through Domain.com which shows it is under construction. I contacted them and was advised WordPress is only authorized to display my website. I had a webmaster who set this all up who is no longer available. I do not have knowledge of web hosting or maintenance and need help recovering my website I have had since 2015. Thank you for your assistance and much needed help.

To clear up any further confusion, there is WordPress.com and WordPress.org, and they are two different entities.
We, WordPress.com, are a cloud-based platform where we manage WordPress sites, whereas WordPress.org is stand-alone software that you can download and self-host with any other hosting.
