  This is my friend account and he passed away last month and till then my this website is not working. I don’t have any clue what’s going on and how to get back my this particular website only. Please help

  The site is not hosted with WordPress.com, though, so we can’t really help in this case. I’d suggest you reached out to the host directly to see if there is any problem with your subscription.

  according to whois info that site is registered by Godaddy,https://www.whois.com/whois/helmutthejeweler.com
