  my website is not working, the hosting company have tried everything, i have been told to update my version of wordpress, however the step by step guide is different to what i see on my screen, i have downloaded the desktop version which is the same. I cant see were i am supposed to clip update all i can see is upgrade
  Can you update my version for me or look into my account and give me clear instructions as i have no knowledge at all

  We can’t help you as your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform but uses the open source wordpress.org. Their support is at https://wordpress.org/support/
