my website is not working properly

Hi, my website http://www.theshopyza.com is not working at all and its been a whole day now. I have tried everything possible on my side including asking host aswell but there seem to be no error on their side.
It’s opening on my browser but taking way too long. Also, on my dashboard it says the health of my site is GOOD -
