    I transferred my domain from namecheap to godaddy and now it’s not working. Any support would be appreciated.

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    Please note that if your site is with either of those hosting companies, you are using a self-hosted WordPress.org software, which is different from what we have on our platform, WordPress.com.

    If you aren’t sure about the differences, please check the following page that explains it: WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org.

    We don’t have any control over self-hosted WordPress.org sites, so you’ll need to contact the hosting company for help.

    However, I see that you purchased a Personal plan and pointed your domain transandcaffeinated.com to your WordPress.com site. If you’d like to migrate your site to WordPress.com, we’ll be happy to guide you through the process!
