  I have a WordPress-based website that I don’t check regularly. Today, I found it temporarily disabled! Please advice!

  It looks to me as if you are talking about a website using the open source wordpress.org. Their support is at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/.

  account-ech.com is not hosted on WordPress.com. It is built using the open source WordPress software, and is hosted with One.com
