My website isn’t linked with my account

  I have a website that is powered by WordPress, however when I try to login though my WordPress account it doesn’t have my website linked with it. Why is that? And how can I link them for the future?

  Hi there,

  Your site is likely using the open source WordPress software and is hosted on another hosting provider’s servers. You won’t be able to access that site using your WordPress.com account credentials, as that site has its own admin account with its own unique credentials, and has no connection at all to your WordPress.com account.

  Please tell us the address of the site, then we can point you in the right direction to get help with this.
