  How can I reach a representative from word press that will communicate with me. I am assuming there isn’t an option with the phone number provided to speak with someone live from the company by either phone or live chat.

  WordPress.com doesn’t have phone support. If you have a paid plan, you are entitled to email and live chat support. If not, you can get help in this public forum.
