My website (kateangus.com), has stopped working suddenly

  My website (kateangus.com), on WordPress and built with with Beaver Builder, has stopped working suddenly. I use a Mac and have no issues opening other websites. When I try to open my own site, I see a blank page and a text file is automatically downloaded to the downloads folder on Safari (same happens on Chrome). I have cleaned Safari cache and history, to no avail. I have also tried opening on mobile phone. Nothing. Please help! Many thanks. Kate

  Hi kateangus2017,

  kateangus.com is a WordPress.org site hosted by Bluehost, rather than WordPress.com. There is some information about the differences between the two in this guide:

  WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

  We are only able to help with WordPress.com sites here, however, support for WordPress.org sites is available on these forums:

  https://wordpress.org/support/

  It looks like your site is unavailable at the moment so I recommend contacting Bluehost first. They should be able to tell you whether this is being caused by a problem on their end or not.

  Hi Gemma,

  Many thanks for your response. I will try and contact Buehost and see what they can come up with. I did try logging on from their Cpanel, but had exactly the same issue.
