My website no longer exists & WordPress offers ZERO phone support
-
My website was operational up until yesterday. We noticed it went offline. I cannot even access the <<site>>/wp-admin back end site. Upon logging into wordpress directly my site no longer exists! I do not see any of my active plans nor any pages or media. I can see no historical data on our website we’ve had for years. Since wordpress does not offer phone support I tried using the AI bot, but it will not connect me with a human because it does not recognize my subscriptions I had. I am literally stuck and WordPress will not offer us any actual human support even though we are still paying them!! Please tell me this is recoverable? We are actively running a business from our page; or so we were.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

We can’t help as that site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform – https://wordpress.com/site-profiler/fourbrothersmead.com. You aren’t paying to wordpress.com but to Bluehost. You must start by following the link mentioned on your site to learn how to solve this problem. If you need further help, you must head over to wordpress.org

Thank you for replying! You are correct, Bluehost is hosting the site. WordPress is what we built our site on, and it no longer exists when I log into my account. I cannot see my site and its contents anymore. Its like it never existed or was deleted.
I followed your guidance (thank you) and followed the link mentioned to learn how to solve whatever problem I may be having. I was not able to find out what is going on and with zero customer service presence from wordpress I will be forced to go with another provider that can help the people that pay them.
I needed further help, so as you recommended, I headed over to wordpres.org. Where am I supposed to go once I get there?
I am unable to find help. -
Additionally, I want to correct part of your statement. We are paying wordpress $25 a month. Then paying Bluehost to host the website built with wordpress. So, yes, we are in fact paying wordpress.

Sorry for repeating some things here in my reply. As @staartmees said, fourbrothersmead.com is hosted with Bluehost and using the open source WordPress software, which is developed and supported at wordpress.org. These forums you’ve posted to assist site owners hosted on WordPress.com, the hosting provider. Here’s more info about that https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/#are-wordpress-org-and-wordpress-com-the-same-thing
As @staartmees also said, you can start by clicking the link on your site
There has been a critical error on this website.
The page you’ll land on includes suggestions for how to troubleshoot errors and includes a link to the ORG support forums. If you are not logged in on the ORG website, you’ll do that as a part of registering an account there. The log-in link is at the top right corner of the page on ORG.
You say you are additionally paying WordPress.com US$25/month for something. Since we volunteers cannot see your account information, I’ve gone ahead and tagged your forum thread here for Staff attention. But that is only relating to your account info and it may take some time for them to look in here. To solve the current issue affecting your Bluehost WordPress site, head to ORG.

Hey there!
I can confirm that currently you have a WordPress.com Business plan, that was purchased on December 9th, however, I can see that you’ve mentioned the issues started on December 8th and that you have a hosting package with Bluehost.
With this in mind, if you wish to keep your website hosted with them, please cancel the current plan by following this guide:
You can use this guide to cancel your plan or any other type of subscription from your WordPress.com dashboard. For domain cancellations, see Cancel & Refund a Domain. Cancel a Subscription Canceling a subscription disables auto-renewal, ensuring you won’t be charged again in the future. You’ll still have access to the subscription until its expiration date. If eligible, you may also receiI encourage you to reach out to your current hosting and discuss this further with them:

If you need help migrating your website to WordPress.com, please let us know!
