My website not launching with http (still stuck with …..temp.domains//

  Hi, I cannot get my site to launch with htt:/// on clicking view site after launching it live. I have received payment confirmation from bluehost. SSL certificate toggle (on/off) not available. I am a new user. How can I move forward? I have been struggling to understand the issue the last six days.
  I need your support.

  From what you tell it looks you must contact Bluehost to solve this problem as wordpress.com is in no way related to Bluehost.
